Experience, Connect & Positively Impact the Great Barrier Reef

Experience first hand the impact Climate Change is having on the World Heritage Listed Great Barrier Reef and learn what innovative restoration projects are in place to protect and manage coral reefs.

Accompanied by world leaders in marine science and cultural guides you will take part in an immersive experience that showcases how a business is delivering sustainability, furthering marine science, and incorporating indigenous culture into their enterprise.

Reef Magic Cruises will operate an IBECC delegates only charter to the newest tourism pontoon on the Great Barrier Reef – Moore Reef. With experienced story tellers we will connect our IBECC delegates to the Great Barrier Reef through informative experiences that will showcase the natural resilience and beauty of the World Heritage Great Barrier Reef and showcase Reef Magic's reef protection initiatives. All the stories and projects that you will experience are built on extensive site knowledge from carefully observing and monitoring the marine life at the Moore Reef site for 20 years.

As part of our private charter, Citizens of the Great Barrier Reef will also form part of the itinerary providing delegates an opportunity to take part in real time Great Barrier Reef restoration projects.
